BINGOPLAS recycled content stretch film is engineered for U.S. pallet wrapping programs that want to reduce virgin PE use without treating load protection as an afterthought. Depending on the approved grade, the formulation may use qualified post-consumer recycled (PCR) or post-industrial recycled (PIR) PE. Buyers should confirm the recycled-content source and percentage, gauge, cling, containment requirements and documentation before approval. The gray recycled stretch film shown here is intended for industrial warehouse, distribution and general pallet-wrapping applications subject to load trials.

What is the difference between PCR and PIR stretch film?
PCR comes from material used and recovered after sale, while PIR comes from manufacturing scrap recovered before a product reaches the end user. A specification may use either source or a defined blend.
Does recycled content mean the film will be accepted for recycling?
Not automatically. Recycled content describes the input material; recyclability describes the potential end-of-life route. Local collection programs determine whether clean PE film is accepted.
Can PCR stretch film replace virgin stretch film?
It depends on the formulation, recycled-content level, equipment and load. Test the proposed film on representative pallets and compare containment, puncture resistance, film breaks and consumption before conversion.
