FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
A 3PL usually needs a controlled film program rather than one generic roll. Common-use hand or machine film can cover regular loads, while customer-specific programs may require colored, opaque, pre-stretched or approved-gauge film.
Different accounts may have different pallet weights, carton shapes, identification rules, concealment needs and transportation routes. Keeping approved specifications separate reduces mistakes.
Include load range, monthly pallet volume, wrapping method, current roll specifications, account-specific requirements, delivery schedule and whether the film is used at one location or several warehouses.
